Minimum qualifications for online marketing country manager role:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in developing and leading online marketing strategy.
  • Native French.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years of digital marketing experience in (social media, SEO, automation)
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Ability to think across disciplines, industries, cultures, and scenarios, with global a mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work in a fast-changing environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and business judgment.
  • Knowledge of Google, Facebook, Pinterest ads.

 

About the job

If you are the person who loves sport and healthy lifestyle and have the experience in online marketing, then We are looking for you. On a daily basis you would need to measure campaigns from our accounts and also checking our competitors with the tools we provide for you. The country manager role comes with responsibilities like being accountable for the local market’s eCommerce performance and online communication. You would need to work with the Head of Digital on local strategies and make them happen. We believe in the trial and fail model, but we are aiming to fail fast. Method is mostly agile with fast decision makings.

There is a team that supports your efforts whether we are speaking about Automation, EDM, SEO or commerce activities you’d need to bring the ideas on how to conquer the local digital channels of the country.  You’ll have the ability to develop and execute the social media strategy by yourself with the help of the whole team.
We need a man/woman with a vision and experience on how to do so and with the will to make it happen. The HQ is in Hungary where you’d need to travel occasionally to report and to meet with the stakeholders and team members. Usually there is a ruin pub tour afterwards so there are many reasons to work with us. 🙂

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute communicational and eCommerce strategies on your market.
  • Report to the Head of Digital directly.
  • Manage resources that are within this virtual team.
  • Be the local eye of the brand with growth marketing mindset.
  • Write and proofread local marketing materials.
  • Help SEO, automation and PPC team to deliver their goals with guidance and language knowledge.
  • Manage and advise social media channels.
